Refund policy

Each hat is made to order in The Studio. You are welcome to try your piece on at home to ensure it feels right.

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you take care when trying on your hat and suggest using a light tissue to protect the head fitting from make-up or marks.

Returns that show signs of wear or marking may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@toca-hats.com. If approved, we will provide instructions for return. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
